Rob Gronkowski limited with knee injury

Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski was limited in practice on Wednesday with a knee injury.  Gronkowski wasn’t present at the start of Tuesday’s practice, but was present on Wednesday. He hadn’t been on an injury report since Dec. 24.

The first injury report of the week (teams aren’t required to provide daily reports in the postseason) had 12 Patriots listed as limited participants.

Danny Amendola (knee), Scott Chandler (knee), Julian Edelman (foot), Chandler Jones (abdomen/toe), Rob Ninkovich (shin) and Sebastian Vollmer (ankle) were the notables among the 12 limited participants.
