Colts QB Charlie Whitehurst goes on IR

INDIANAPOLIS — The revolving door at quarterback for the Indianapolis Colts will likely take another turn this week.

Matt Hasselbeck might not play against the Tennessee Titans because of a right shoulder injury suffered in the second quarter of Sunday’s game against Miami, and things got even worse Monday, when the team placed quarterback Charlie Whitehurst on season-ending injured reserve. Whitehurst injured his hamstring late in Sunday’s victory over the Miami Dolphins. He appeared in four games for the Colts this season and completed 16 of 32 passes for 150 yards and an interception.

“He’s the only healthy one we have in the building right now,” Pagano said. Health woes continue for Indianapolis Colts as QB Charlie Whitehurst goes on IR
